While on a break during lecturing in Norwich today I took a quick trip to the Norwich University of the Arts project space (formerly Norwich Gallery) to see what was on and saw an excellent exhibition showcasing work by small press and artists' book publisher Coracle called Printed In Norfolk, The show focuses predominantly on the work produced by the company directors Erica Van Horn and Simon Cutts over the past twenty or so years. If you are walking past the gallery on St. Georges Street before the 21st April, drop in and have a look, there is some really fine and inspiring work on show.

Next week sees the opening of a new group show at the Tabernacle in Notting Hill called We Are The Fragments. Curated by painter Lee Johnson I have four works in the exhibition and my work Everything And Again (Version 1) features on the invite picture above. As well as the show there is an auction, taking place on the same evening as the private view, where one piece from each artist will be sold to raise money for the charity Music4Children.

Over the past few weeks I have been working on ideas for a new lithograph specially commissioned by Curwen Press at Chilford Hall, near Cambridge to celebrate the Olympic Games this Summer. I am honoured to be asked to produce the edition for the Curwen, a studio with a long heritage of making fantastic print works. I will be heading in to the Curwen studio to work with their master printmakers in early April to complete the work. In the meantime, here is the first rough sketch page from my notebook to give you a sneak preview of what I am working towards. Apologies for the spelling mistake at the bottom of the page.
