Here is the new single from Shields called All I Know. The artwork and design is a collaboration between myself and Anthony Crook. The two track single is released as a limited edition 7'' and digital download from the 2nd April on Euphonios Records.

New Solo Project Confirmed in Aldeburgh

I am delighted to announce that I will be working towards a solo project at the Aldeburgh Beach South Lookout in Suffolk in August 2012. Managed by Caroline Wiseman Fine Art and situated directly on Aldeburgh beach I am looking forward to creating work that befits this amazing location. The building is a blank canvas so expect new artworks, special editions, projections and perhaps a special performance on the beach. More details and the project title will be confirmed as the project gets nearer. For now please make a note of the dates 10th - 12th August 2012.

Huge Wooden Shields Logo/All I Know Video Shoot

I was delighted to receive this photograph from Shields manager Anthony Crook today. The band have built a huge wooden version of the logo I designed to use as a backdrop to play against in the video for their new single All I Know, out 2nd April 2012. I was delighted to find out this week that my screen print I've Been Sorry For A While, that is part of the Ghosts of Gone Birds print portfolio is now part of the Victoria and Albert Museum Print Collection in London. The complete portfolio of 18 works produced by Jealous is available for £3500.

New Neon at the London Art Fair 2012

Here is an image of my new neon installed at the London Art Fair today. The piece entitled 27.6 seconds will be launched with TAG Fine Arts tomorrow, 17th January, at the fair. Art For Heart's Sake

Andy Warhol, Human Heart

I have been asked to be a creative support for a new project called Art For Heart's Sake, a social enterprise that seeks to raise awareness and encourage charitable donation through creative engagement, supporting London based charity Kids Company. In partnership with Hipstamatic, a competition ran during November and December and the initiative was to photograph hearts. The top 100 submissions from this have been selected and will be displayed and auctioned early next year in an exhibition at the European Design Centre, Margaret Street, London, between the 8th - 15th February 2012. All proceeds from the auction will go to Kids Company. Alongside my creative support I will be creating and donating a new artwork for the exhibition and auction, as seen below.

Today saw the launch of Random Spectacular, the first edition of a new publication by St. Judes. Working in collaboration with poet Markus Lloyd (he wrote the wonderful texts that compliment and enhance the images so beautifully) I have contributed two works to the publication entitled Happy All Smiles and A Posy For You. Random Spectacular is a collaborative exploration of the visual arts, literature, nature, travel and much more. Other contributors to the publication include Angie Lewin, Rob Ryan, Mark Hearld and Jonny Hannah. This first publication is a limited edition of 750 copies and is available for £17.50. Today Lucy Gough and I helped installed our new two person exhibition Troubadour at Hemingway Art in Cassington, near Oxford. Here is a preview of one of my brand new works in the show. The piece entitled Kingston is an unique sculpture made from driftwood, rope, perspex, acrylic fluorescent rods and metal. Open Thursdays - Sundays, Troubadour opens this Saturday 26th November at 12pm and runs until the 18th December 2011.

I am delighted to announce my new exhibition Troubadour at Hemingway Art, Cassington, Oxford with my wife Lucy Gough. After the success of I'm Not A Tourist and Five To Follow we are looking forward to returning to Pennwood House. The private view takes place on Saturday 26th November 2011 between 12 - 6 pm and I hope you will be able to join us. The exhibition then continues until the 18th December 2011. The show is open Thursdays to Sundays 12 - 6 pm.

New SHIELDS Single

Here is my sleeve design for the new SHIELDS single White Knuckle Tight Grip. The song is getting a lot of attention with plays on Radio 1. Released on the 28th November 2011, the band embark on a mini tour at the end of November/beginning of December to promote the single. I am currently working with the band on visuals for some of these gigs. More information about the tour and the single can be found on their website.
